cancellation policy

We respectfully request 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled session.  A $25 cancellation fee may be applied to your account for changes made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled visit. "No shows" may be charged in full. 


A scheduled lesson begins at the time agreed upon by the client and teacher. Physical sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted. If you are late to an appointment, understand that we may not be able to extend the length of the session beyond the scheduled time. 

special events & workshops

A 50% down payment is required to book a special event.  Special events and workshops shall be paid in full by the date of the event. Payments made with checks must clear the bank prior to the event.

Groceries purchased for any nutrition service or workshop prior to cancellation shall be reimbursed in full. 


Reservations and bookings are dependent on prepayment. All studio services shall be paid in full prior to scheduled session.  


There are inherent risks to movement and some exercises may be inappropriate for a particular condition or situation; we may modify any and all movements to the best of our ability to make things safe. You are required to share any and all relevant health conditions with your teacher. That said, each individual is responsible for knowing his or her limits, and is required to inform the teacher immediately if any pain arises. You are ultimately responsible for your own well-being.
