$35 to $65 — Each private lesson is tailored to address your specific concern or goal. Pilates originated as a form of physical therapy for the body, mind & spirit. This wellness modality may be adapted to suit every individual and address a wide range of concerns including: joint pain, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, knee or hip replacement, post-pregnancy and more.
$300 for 5 — Explore the fundamental principles of the Pilates Method - breath, focus, balance, control, concentration, precision and flow. Liberate stiff joints and improve spinal mobility with a variety of movements that support the development of balanced strength and muscle tone. Tin addition to Pilates Reformer, this introductory series may include mat work, foam roller and Spine Corrector. Schedule two sessions per week to achieve maximum benefit.
$35 per session — Mindfulness is a powerful tool, a skill that is intentionally cultivated and nourished. A rested mind provides us with a sense of ease and inner peace. Discover simple yet profound meditative practices that help manage physical and emotional pain, as well as the stresses of daily life. Available to both individuals and groups.
If travel is not possible, Pilates of Cheshire can come to you. We can provide customized, personal lessons for individuals & groups throughout Berkshire County, including but not limited to: North Adams, Adams, Cheshire, Pittsfield, Dalton & Lennox.
If you live outside Berkshire Country, we utilize FaceTime to conduct some of our services. Simply contact us to discuss the logistics of web tutorials & classes.
$85 — An opportunity to have your current diet reviewed, receive reliable feedback in regards to implementing changes, and professional recommendations from an educated nutritionist. 50-minute session plus written summary with recommendations.
$300 for 6 weeks —Intended to benefit those managing a health issue or who need help kick starting meaningful changes. Identify foods and/or behavior that may be aggravating a particular condition. Develop a strategic long-term approach and learn to use the My Healthy Life app. Includes initial dietary review, weekly check-ins and customized meal plans.
$120 — A fun and creative way to integrate fresh, unprocessed foods into your diet. Explore new recipes & learn to alter your favorites, shop locally for the best ingredients, and adopt cooking methods that preserve the nutrient value of whole, fresh foods. This service includes a visit to your local market, as well as time in your kitchen getting you set up to integrate healthy cooking methods.
Starting at $350 for 6 persons —Prepare an ultra healthy meal - soup or salad, entree, and dessert - with friends and learn a little about the nutritional value of foods while you cook. Work with traditional recipes, substituting sugar, salt, meat, dairy and/or processed ingredients with whole, fresh foods, herbs & spices. Or, tackle something entirely new and challenge your palate.
